I started practicing “Sound Bowls” after hearing their harmonic tones and learning of frequencies, vibrations, notes of the music scale and their connection to nerves, muscles, and bones. These are functions of the body that activate through the ears seashell, the cochlea, the body’s inner telephone. There are nerves connecting every aspect, sending and receiving signals for processing described by many as the Meditative Zone; fire and light, water and earth, wind, crystals, and minerals that compose substances known and unknown. These tones provide a level of focus which causes the practice. It allows skills to hone, geometrical shapes arise imaging new scenes to contemplate, traveling through dimensions in a ship shaped like a triangle or cone, diving deep into the abyss where the unlimitedness and Most Powerful of Electromagnetic Energy Fields known as Orgone.
