1 Hr. Sound Bowl Session- $222

In this one hour session, the client relaxes on a massage table while enjoying a full body sound bowl experience

1 Hr. Sound Bowl Session- $333 (Mobile)

In this one hour session, I can travel to your residence (within the DC Metro area). This will include a full body sound bowl experience while the client relaxes on a massage table.

1 Hr. Personal Training (Basketball, Football, Strength & Conditioning) Session- $175

In this one hour session, the client receives a customized fitness session.

Packages:

$1,776 per month- This package is for training 4x per week and includes a sound bowl experience

$1,332 per month- This package is for training 3x per week and includes a sound bowl experience.

$888 per month- This package is for training 2x per week and includes a sound bowl experience.
